We have the pleasure to offer you our scope of services in Hungary.

As You may know Granted Ltd. is a relocation agency offering full services to the foreigners and their families living in Hungary. Our activity is carried out through the relevant HR departments and we pay special attention how to assist the HR departments by taking over as much activity as it is allowed by their organisation.

Our service begins from the moment when the possibility arises that a foreigner is to come to work to Hungary until he or she finally leaves our country.

Our team works together more than 5 years under the name of Granted Ltd. but we have colleagues with 8 - 12 years experience and connections in this field.

We are service oriented and intend to do those services that meet the highest expectation of our clients. So far we had no clients who decided to use another service company after working with us.

Our business is developing dinamically but we prefer not to risk our quality for the rapid increase of our turnover.

I. BRIEF SUMMARY OF OUR SERVICES

I. Destination service
This package involves the coordination of the whole relocation process including the supervision of the move until our client and his family have found their home and smoothly manage their life in Budapest.

II. Obtaining and extending permits and documents
This service covers the obtaining and extending all the necessary documents that is obligatory by the Hungarian law and includes obtaining visas and all documents relating to custom clearance.

III. Home search
We offer full service beginning from the time we receive the first specification of the demand until our client moved in and feel comfortable in the new home.

IV. Property management
We solve any kind of problems that can arise in connection with the rented property.

V. 24 hours telephone hot line
We offer a 24 hours per day telephone hot line service to assist our clients in any emergency case. If it is necessary we immediately visit the spot as well.

VI. Miscellaneous services
In the frame of this package we offer our services in any field that was not mentioned above. Our clients can contact us with any kind of request.

 

II. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF OUR SERVICES

 

I. Destination service

We offer the following services in this package:

-One day orientation trip during pre-visit (This is to help to the foreigner to decide if he accepts the assignment to Hungary. During this day he receives impression about the expected quality of his life in Budapest. He sees some apartments available for his limit, visits schools and medical service companies and can go for shopping in the big shopping centers and have the atmosphere of Budapest.)
-Supervising the move of personal belongings and the custom clearance of them (in close cooperation with the relevant moving company selected by our client)
-Hotel reservation
-Airport greeting with present and hotel transfer service


-Handing over the special information package (Relocation Services By Granted Ltd for our Client Company, Map for city orientation, Expatriate's Guide for Budapest & Hungary, The Budapest Sun)
-City orientation to get acquainted with the life of Budapest
-Visiting schools and registration assistance
-Introduction of the medical service companies and visiting them
-Visiting the shopping facilities
-Introduction of the leisure facilities in Budapest
-Introduction of the cultural life of Budapest
-Opening bank account
-Offering baby sitters and cleaning ladies
-Introducing Hungarian language teachers
-Giving information on the available social organisations

This is the most special service that should be flexibily adjusted to the specific demand of our client. In the above we listed the most frequently requested kinds. The final version can contain other services as well or can be a selection of the above.
From the moment we receive the name and the telephone number of the expatriate we keep contacting him and work with him independently up to the level that is previously agreed with the HR department.
Our service is pro-active that means we try to avoid the typical difficulties by drawing our client's attention to the points.
The information package handed over at the time of arrival is to help the expatriate in quick adaptation and consists of the followings: 1. II. Obtaining end extending documents

Most frequently we arrange the following documents for our clients:
-Work permit
-Work visa ("D")
-Residence permit

-Hungarian Driving Licence

-Car registration (obtaining and extending "V" plate)
-Extending the validity of the custom documents

Beside the above we are very flexible and ready to obtain other documents as well.

The fundamental principles of our service in this field are the followings:
-we monitor all the deadlines and draw the attention of our clients to the expiry dates and start the extention if we are asked
-we request all the personal data of the expatriates only once during their stay in Hungary not to disturb them and the HR department unnecessarily
-we fill in or prepare all the documents necessary for the processes by ourselves and the expatriates or the HR department needs only to sign these documents
-in the official processes we decrease the personal involvment of the expatriates into the minimum level that is still accepted by the Hungarian authorities
-we pay special attention to give continuous information to the expatriates and the HR department about the stage of the actual processes and we warn our clients to the expected difficulties if any
-we worked out a weekly reporting system to inform the HR department about the status of the different processes running at the same time
-during the cooperation we adapt ourselves to our client's time schedule and we creat an open and friendly atmosphere that helps the smooth and efficient work

 

 

III. Home search


This package contains the following services:

-Direct contact with the client
-Sending our questionerie to the client regarding the specification of the property
-Research on the market and pre-selection of the suitable properties
-Organising the visiting schedules
-Visiting the properties until our client finds the best one
-Involving as many real estate agencies as it is necessary for covering the whole market
-Accompanying the client to every spot
-Giving advise during the selection based on our long term experience
-Negotiation with landlord according to the supervision of the HR department and the company lawyer, checking the ownership

-Preparing the lease contract in Hungarian and English based on client's standard lease contract
-Arrangement of the signature
-Supervising the first payment
-Assistance in taking over the leased property, preparing minutes of meeting
-Training how to use the technical appliances (like heating system) in the property, obtaining / preparing the translation of the manuals
-Assistance in purchasing the furniture or any items necessary in the new property
-Arrangement of the transportation of the purchased item to the property and supervising the assembling of the furniture

The advantages of our service comparing to the usual service of a real estate agency are the followings:
-Since we work with more agencies our offer covers almost 100 % of the whole market
-We are not interested in which agencies's offer is preferred by our clients our only main target is to find the best property on the market for them
-We accompany our clients to every property and we know exactly what property he already saw and what is his sofisticated demand and in this way we can smoothly change the real estate agency in case it is necessary without causing any difficulties to our client

 

 

IV. Property management

This package includes all the arrangements that are in connection with the leased property.


A. Services in connection with the lease contract

-Extending, modifying and terminating the lease contract
-Giving back the property to the owner, preparing the minutes of meeting in which we involve all the claims of the parties
-Settlement of the claims in connection with the termination
-Assistance in receiving back the deposit, following the termination process until the deposit arrives on our client's account number


B. All other services in connection with the property

-Handling utilities and phone bills
-Arrangement to change the invoice address of the utility bills to our client's name
-Arranging special telephone line, internet, cable TV, satelite system in the leased property
-Setting up alarm system with 24 hours monitoring and immediate police action
-Settlement of all the pending or problematic issues with the landlord, incl. translation in any communication as well
-Continuous support in organising the time schedule with the cleaning lady and the baby-sitter
-Handyman and repairman service in case of any demage in the property
-Installation of those systems in the property that is paid by the tenant
-Assistance in purchase of any further furniture or items in the property
-In case the expatriate is away from the property for longer period (holiday or longer business trip) we take care of the property by visiting it regularly, handling the heating, taking care of the snow, or watering the plants or the garden etc.

The above services are carried out in English by our colleagues who have long years experience in this field.
The handyman and repairman we use are reliable and tested several times (plumbers, electricians, TV and satelite specialist, carpenter, gardener).
We are flexible in this field as well and we find the solution for any kind of problems.
Our long years experience helps us to avoid the unnecessery costs, the time consuming debates and find the quickest and most efficient solutions.

 

 

V. 24 hours telephone hotline


For our client we offer a 24 hours per day telephone hot line service to assist them in any emergency case. If it is necessary we immediately visit the spot as well. Below you can find some examples in what cases we are most frequently contacted.
-car accident, filling in the documents, negotiating with the other car's owner or with the police
-the car is broken down on the road
-the car is broken or stolen,
-the property is broken,
-emergency medical problems (finding doctors or drugstore on duty in the night)
-the expatriate is stopped by a policeman and the situation is not clear
-solving any urgent problem in the property, like broken pipes
Beside the above our clients can contact us in case of any other situations as well.

 

 

VI. Miscellaneous services
